The holiday decorations were really nice and festive, it created a cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The staff was kind and courteous, and always acknowledged us when we passed by. the hotel had a shuttle service to the nearby Christmas market, which made it very easy for us to get there without worrying about parking or public transportation.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The shower had poor water pressure and the drain was slow, which created a puddle on the bathroom floor.

The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.Very calm, very cozy, "Altstadt" and "Neustadt" could be reached within 10 minutes by tram, bus or car. A lot of value for money!

Had an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel! the room was very spacious, clean, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and some nearby restaurants. What I liked the most was the friendly staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to help us with anything we needed.
That the hotel was quite far from the city center, so it took some time to get there by public transportation. some of the guests were a bit noisy during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very clean and homey room.
Far from city center. It is not possible in the evening to sit around and enjoy the evening atmosphere. Such an expensive price for breakfast.

We loved our stay here! The hotel had excellent facilities including clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us; it was situated in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the city center by tram.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful night's sleep. There are a few shops and restaurants anywhere in the area to eat. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the helpful staff make for an enjoyable stay. the breakfast is generous and delicious with fresh and tasty options.
The wifi signal might be weak and constantly disconnecting when leaving the device idle.
